The owner of the estate found the sites after many years away from home, they custom design and build the estate as their place when they visit hometown.

In the estate, 11 suits face the lake, 4 suits have mountain view.  Beside the great Chinese food, there are rich collections of French and California wines; South American cigars; Europe style coffees, classic beautiful music CDs and USA style library with high speed Internet and computer.  There is a 200 square meter size ballroom, private fishing port.  Sports activities can be boating, hike, bike, swim, etc.  There is also a private garden that has fountain and beautiful flowers.

The estate is also an small art musem, Junyi Villa's title were wrote by a international famous Chinese calligrapher Mr. Tuo shunshuang.  Inside of the villa, there are many collections of Mr.Tuo and Chinese Antiques.

The cook, housekeepers and service personal are trained for the estate’s own high style living and their VIP guests from around the global. 

Now the estate can open to general public for vocation, parties.  Single person and groups are welcome.
